Go a vlog, talk about yourself, the games you like, a day in the life of you, as for the gaming side of things, just play a game you like and your good at, get yourself over that way.

Get a name, banner for your channel, and matching avatar picture. Then decide on what kind of content you're going to consistently upload.
Maybe start with a video introducing yourself and go from there
