I NEED Help With Subscribers

I'm Nintendoyoshi a small let's player and I've been having major trouble with subscribers for the last months. I have been stuck at 380 subs for the last 6 months and has been dropping down in the last few weeks. I'm kinda freaking out so it would be great if I could get any kind of help. And before you say it I know it's not all about the subs and views its about if they enjoy it, but it makes me feel like I'm screwing up big time...

You could try to find people who like the or make the same kind of content that you make and start a conversation with them, maybe you make some Awesome YouTube friends and you could help each other out by collaborating etc

I agree, a collab does wonders! Try looking for people that play the same genre as you and make a video with them.

Yeah, just like the above suggestion, consider doing a collaboration with someone. It rejuvenates the channel and gives it a new life. :)

When did you get most of your subs? You uploaded a lot in June last year and ran a whole Kirby series. Two things have changed since then:

(i) you moved on from Kirby and uploaded other nintendo stuff
(ii) you started uploading on a less regular basis.

I'd look back through your Kirby videos and remind yourself of the comments people were making in terms of what they liked.

As others have mentioned - collabs are a good idea, as is interactions on social media - forums, Twitter/facebook/instagram
