Request I need help with removing the background...

This is a screencap from my video and I'm making a thumbnail for it, it's just that I'm having a really REALLY hard time removing the background. I need someone to help me please! I haven't really practiced removing backgrounds in photoshop yet.

I just need the cut-out of myself from head to feet. I am in desperate need of help! This is the last step in making my thumbnail. Thanks very much in advance!

I normally green screen but the first step is probably using the lasso tool.

Pen tool is the best but will take a while
