I need help with my youtube avatar, please!

So, I decided to make a youtube avatar. I noticed one thing, it only shows on my uploaded videos and comments, not my channel, top right, or anything like that.

Please help!

If you have just recently changed it, It sometimes can take up to a day or two to show up[DOUBLEPOST=1390958478,1390958343][/DOUBLEPOST]I just looked at your channel, I can see your avatar everywhere, so i think it's just on your side.

Yeah, sometimes is delayed. Also does that for custom thumbnails.
