I need help. What make a good channel trailer?

If you have a gaming channel it's best to just do a sort of best moments mashup with some introduction commentary in the background, that's what I usually see for trailers. If it's any other you can simply just sit down and do a regular trailer, but honestly a trailer isn't at all necessary IMO, tons of huge channels don't have one ( if fact I think more don't than do )

Just put highlights of your channel on the trailer; something that will captivate new viewers and make them want to see more of your content.
As the guy above said, mashups of your best moments in gaming (such as crazy, humorous, odd moments). Also, if you have some catchphrase you say a lot, or your curse a lot, you might want to emphasize your trait as a commentator in your trailer.
