i need help finding some free programs

i need a program, where 1: i can speed up videos as i want to make speed-art videos
2: it MUST be free, i need quick and easy software
3: it can handle videos over 10 minutes.

I hope you can help me! :)
 
well windows movie maker can do that, the new one and it's free, comes with all PCs.
if you want more advanced and dont care about copywrites you can download After effects and crack it.
 
hmm.. i have movie maker, but you can't speed up videos. I might have a browse through the forums on here to see what other people are using, but thanks for posting! :)

you probaby have the old version, what year did you get your computer/laptop.
I think you can download it from somewhere around the web.
because i have the new one and you can slow it down and speed it up ( you get to chose which speed you want) however when you change the speed you can't hear the sound.
I remember the old one you can also speed it up but you can only speed it up twice and don't have much control over it, it's with the effects section on the old one and with the new one it's under Edit (after you open the video on the program and double click).
 
oh ok, but i think the newer version is windows live movie maker? (correct me if i'm wrong)
 
VideoPad, it says you have to pay, but just download the trial, go on youtube and search how to get videopad for free and just enter in the code to get it, then you get it :)
