The general advice I can give is to do what you enjoy (or play games you enjoy in this case), be yourself, advertise and stay consistent. All of those things are equally important. More specific to you, I would start with consistency. You don't have to do a video everyday if its not within your means, but you want to have some kind of release schedule. More videos more frequently mean more subs more frequently. As well, a consistent schedule will help to retain subs, as they are less likely to forget about you. I would also shorten your intro. It comes in at about 12 seconds long and you're going to get A LOT of people clicking away from your video just because of that. When you're a person browsing Youtube and you decide to give someone a chance who is trying to break into the scene, it immediately deters you to have to sit through what is essentially an ad (to the person watching that has never seen anything from you before). Also, as someone who is basically starting a new channel, you'll want to do a lot more one off video games. Even big Youtubers have views go down as a Let's Play series goes on, so as someone with 8 subs, its very unlikely that many people are going to keep up. Lastly, take the ads off of your videos. You have such little views that you are making nothing at all and I can guarantee that just about anyone new to your channel is going to click away the minute an ad comes up.
