Hey man, I'm Baylze, and I'd be happy to review your channel for you!
First thing is first, the video's maximum quality output is 360p. Unfortunately it is standard practice for videos to be uploaded in at least 720p in this century, so I'd highly advise looking into software that can render at that level of video quality for you. Having a low quality video is going to be an instant-turn off for many potential viewers, I guarantee it.
Your audio quality is fine, but as you said, your friend Tanner's microphone definitely need to be fixed or changed if you're wanting him as a constant part of your videos. Not only is his voice inaudible, but it actually covers your voice completely when you are talking at the same time. I assume because of the channel name that you're wanting to work as a group (duo/trio/whatever), so all members of the studio need to certain apparatus up to standard; or else you run the risk of one microphone input ruining the rest of the audio.
Your channel branding is okay, it's a little basic and minimal, and doesn't really reflect the nature of your content that much, but It's alright for now. Everything is clear, and the colour scheme looks sleek; so you have some pretty decent graphics going on.
My biggest piece of constructive criticism for you is that you need to establish where you want to go with the channel. I've clicked the video you've attached, and watched it, and then I went onto the 'videos' tab on your channel, and there's all sorts of content! I've seen TV show clips, montages, memes, gameplay, quizzes, clips from game shows, music - there's literally a little bit of everything. If you want your channel's branding to be taken seriously and you actually have the desire to grow as a brand; then you really need to focus your content. Do just gameplay, or just memes, or just sketches until you establish an audience; and then begin to branch out your content to different departments, because you will already have a foundation audience that will potentially appreciate and admire any new content.
All in all, I think you just need to decide where you want to go with the channel, who you want to create content with, and really just establish your brand; perhaps work on the graphics a little more to reflect your chosen genre of content (which you've yet to choose!), and then fix technical issues (watermark/audio quality) - and once that's done, you've got serious potential to grow.
If you have any comments/questions, feel free to ask.
