Request I Need An Outro

Hey what is going on guys. I am in need of an outro. I have placed a template to go off of all I need left is the "subscribe for golden content bar there and The bar underneath of it with the emblems which i have posted as well. All of that needs to be on the top left. On the bottom right I want the buttons of my twitter(posted below) there but instead of the youtube one place a twitter one. I would do this myself but my trial for photoshop has ran out as of today.
