Request I Need A New Avatar!

I'm looking for an avatar that fits well with my banner. It must be a zero style like my old one and have a good contrast so people can easily spot it. Anything attractive that stands out would be great! I'm looking for a color palette that's close to the banner I use.

I can do 30 forum cash for the artwork that I use. It will be used on multiple locations including Twitter and any other forum I have an Avatar for.
