One site that lets you do them fairly quickly but still get a decent result is "Face Your Manga" (just google it)
But it gets old pretty quickly not to mention generic. So yeah, hope an artist can help you out!

Took your low res pic and used it. Would be better with a high res photo. Use if you want.
