i made a video in 4k and it is staying in 360p

i need help. my video is in 4k and .i have done all the right setting for this.. i have had my video on youtube for 24h and it is still only playable on 360p.
please help.

Anyway - I checked the video and it was showing up in 4K - YT just needs a bit of time to process it. hth.
