When I put my file into the video editor... It doesn't recognize that the video has sound... I guess the file is some sort of raw file... What do I do? I have no clue what I am doing xD
Try to convert the video file into a looseless format either huffy or lagarith, there is this software called Virtualdub that comes handy when fixing that problem. Also there is another method much easier just look up a software called Avi FourCC codec make a copy an extra copy of the file your trying to open. then use the FourCC software when you open it up it will ask you to to assign a Description Code and the Used Codec. it has been a while since I tried it myself but change the top one to Xvid and the bottom one to DIVX if it doesn`t work repeat all the steps and try it in revese.
and don`t worry all your doing is assigning the container and decompressor that the video uses to play and work in other softwares.
