I have a problem and I am so much concerned (QuizGroup)

First I got the message that my channel was unlinked. My channel was unlinked....okey im not mad about that.

On my channel status Im still linked to subnetwork call Life Network.

All my video are still monetized....how? Im unlinked.
I try to unlink my channel again but this is message from Life:

Life refused / la unlink requests to the network.
Life Direct contact to get more information.


I would be grateful if anyone knows how to solve this problem

Perhaps you were sent the email by mistake. Either that or you're in the queue to be unlinked. If it's still showing your network's name in the features tab, you're still linked. It updates instantly.

You'd need to reach out to QuizGroup to resolve this.
