Hey guys, so I recently got a new camera (Canon eos 600D) it did cost a lot and I want to be using an expensive and professional editting software so no movie maker or videopad. I have been using adobe after effects but I just want to find something else!

Yeah, go for it. I'm using it, and have been for the past 4 years - none of the other ones work better for me than Premiere.
 
congrats thats awesome yea i am late but anyway i love nikons and i love final cut pro x.
 
Congratulations!
When it comes to editing software I always choose Sony Vegas, tried Premiere before but for some reason I hooked to Vegas
