hey guys, i just want to know does "Network videos" have a website and if anybody is partnered with them?

I recently heard that a lot of fail and compilation channels are under whatever network that is and that is all I know about them.
 
I can't find anything about them online so see what others here say and try to do some more research but proceed at your own risk.
 
Shady network for shady videos, these fail videos probably don't have permission from the legal owners and therefore they need a shady network that will accept the videos and pay them
