His work isn't anything that should be free either. Yes he has room to grow, but we all do. No artist should hand out free work.
I have had plenty of clients who have asked for less than he is showcasing here and have paid me for it, not only did they pay me for it but they paid more than he is asking.
Sometimes less is more and if you can create it and create it well then why not sell it.

We sell quite a bit of work on Fiverr, you can showcase your work and if people like what they see they will purchase =) you can update it whenever you want and even put a video showcasing your work. Maybe that could be a good place to start?

fiverr dot com it's a pretty straight forward site =) you just sign up, list your gigs and get to work.
