Some people don't show who they are subscribed to, when you first make a channel and you make your first subscription, it comes up with a note asking if you want to make your subscriptions public or private
YouTube changed that a couple of months ago and channel owners can now see their subscribers regardless of their privacy setting. But there is this weird thing that a few subs are still not shown. I can see maybe 42 of 46.

Me too, it might be something to do with the google accounts then, I think maybe the subscribers who have subscribed to you from their google account and dont have an actual channel, they dont show up

There are some people who share their subscriptions on channels but some prefer not to. But I think YT changed it a while back it might take some time to show new subscribers allow some time for this to update on your channel.

You're right! Or they haven't made a Google account yet.

I still have plenty of subs that don't publicly display them and they aren't showing up in my list so I'm not 100% convinced that's the case.
Something definitely changed. Before, I couldn't even see half of my subscribers' names and then one day to the next I could see almost all of them, including some who I know have it set to private.
