Request I can't design, but I do have money ;D

Hey guys, I'm looking to expand my channel form a 'static' vlog in front of a camera to a more 'real time' vlog where I can record myself through the day/week. I think my channel could really do with a little intro sequence and I have already found a great style. If you have seen InTheLittleDream, a combination of InTheLittleWood and KaeyiDream, you will see a 2 second logo that spins on a background. pretty simple, yes? Unfortunately I have not learned anything in my life and therefore am useless at making something like this. This is where the big money question lies... could someone make this for me for real money but please don't be an extortionist and could you please quote me a price for this? I only have PayPal and carrier pigeon and I don't trust the pigeon so PayPal it is. Please comment back as soon as you can and I will be really happy to hear from you!
