I've Got It
Here I am just woke up to check up on my youtube video uploads just to find out that the only video that finished uploading was apparently "deleted by the user". This is around the 5th time this s**t has happened to me. I waited 600 damn minutes just for it to upload for youtube to say that I deleted the video? f**k that. I am so close to just calling it quits.
 
How it does happen:
  • Start uploading a Video - Fill in all the Details in the Description and Tags or not, it doesn`t matter.
  • Cancel the Video Upload.
  • Delete the Video in the Video Manager List.
  • Upload the exact same Video again right after you have delete it.
  • As soon as the Upload is finished you will get the Deleted by the User Message when you enter the Video URL.
Why does it happen?

Since those Videos are exact the same YouTube will believe that the first Upload was finished and therefor will assume that it`s the deleted One and you will get the Deleted by User Message.

How to avoid it:

It`s as simple as it can get. After you cancel the Video Upload don`t delete the Video in the Video Manager List. Just start the Video upload. YouTube will realize when the Upload is finished that it`s a new Upload and therefor will fix the the first canceled Video with the new Link and everything will be fine.
 
compress your video file when you export it so the file size will be smaller and you won't have to wait so long.

it shouldn't do a search on it. When I used to export my Vlog clips they would be at least 1gb or 2 gb . Now when I export they are 400mb for a 720p 7 minute Vlog. I also would have to wait forever to upload thankfully I learned that secret.
