Request I am in need of an outro

Not some fancy animation one, just a simple piece of artwork, where I can put "Subscribe", "Previous Video" and whatnot. I repeat, NO ANIMATION.

If you can do it for free, that'd be great.

Tbf these are quite easy to make and you could even do it in paint (the design) to have the video clips you would obviously need to place your video clips over the spaces in your editing software

How do you mean? Just make the image the same resolution and the video that the image follows and the quality should be fine

Ahh, I imagine you could use something simple and effective, just like a color you like as the back ground then two square boxes for your videos simples
