the banner is fine but the text in your thumbnails is a little hard to read, try adding a white or black stoke to the words so they stand out more.
It will be a very long and hard road for people who make minecraft videos because everyone is doing it, personally i think "dead workers party" is the best minecraft channel so go take a look at their stuff and see if you can learn from them.
