How would i go about making a Equalizer intro?

ik what song i want, but idk how to make it into an equalizer? how would it open (start off, does it just come onto the screen or what?), how would it end (fades?)?
btw for those who don't know, this is an equalizer

You can always use an online simulators and then screen capture it. Or you could try one of the equalizers or waveform features on after effects. The first option is probably the best solution.

I would Google that for you, but I'm sure you will find one that you prefer :) Hint: type "Equalizer Online Simulators" into Google.
 
Honestly, the easiest thing is to search Youtube and watch a tutorial with a program you own.

Reading how to do it is usually harder than watching someone actually do it. That is how I learned to make all my own things.
