How to use Canon T3 (With MagicLantern)

Hi everyone, I just manage to install MagicLantern on my T3 because I was recommend it a couple times, but I dont know how to use it..

I know it can help with video, and I did see a video section on the ML menu, but I dont know what to activate.. Can anyone help me?
I want to make cover videos btw if that helps.

I'd just look up a tutorial on youtube for it, it would take for ever to explain here
