How to turn off safety mode on YouTube?

At the bottom of youtube, there is a safety switch. Turn it off

Thanks, I'm really p****d off, I couldn't find very popular videos ( music videos that I watched all the time). I've searched for " Pantera- Revolution is my name for example and no result
