How to recognize a fake account?

So, a couple of minutes ago, I person commented on one of my reviews and told me to commit suicide. No Joke. LOL! I clicked on the account to check the person out they have nothing on their account. No videos, no subscriptions, nothing. It is blank. But the funny thing is, the account has 12 subscribers. So I am trying to figure out what the game is here. A person comes on a video and tells me they wish I would kill myself. Obviously, they have problems, but they do it from an account that has 12 subscribers, but no content. That is what is weird. How does an account with no content get 12 subscribers? Well, the only answer is that the person has created at least 12 other accounts that he subscribed to this account and probably vica-versa. But to what end? That is a lot fo work to just go around posting random insults.

So what this guys game here?

I have a YouTube account with no content that I use for commenting. It has some subscribers. I assume some people might like my comments, so they subscribe to me. It happens.

I have one account without any content. I just use it for commenting and i gained 6 subscribers. It's normal
