How to place a video clip onto a photo??

Hey everyone!

I made this outro template for my videos, and I have a space to put a clip of my previous video on it. However, I have no idea how to do that.

Which program do I need, and how can I place a video clip on a photo?

I use Photoshop to place previous or next clips!
Use photoshop, drag and drop a video2 you want to put on that video1!
Then resize it and make it small, place wherever u want and render it!
SIMPLE AND EASY!
 
It's basically an overlay or picture in picture. Most (even free) video editors offer such an option. I actually have a tutorial about creating interactive YouTube end slates on my channel. It may not be about the software you use but you should get the idea.

Basically, place the original video above the outro-template on your editor's timeline. In my version of Sony Vegas you just select video event pan/crop option of the video and alter it from there - re-sizing the video till it fits your desired shape (on the outro template). ;)
