How To "Outro"

Hey guys I made a template for my outro with twitter links and boxes for recent videos, but I had a pretty big question. Is there a setting where I can have the same link for every video? I just thought it would make the whole thing easier, instead of having to add annotations every single video.

Not that I know of sorry. Wish YouTube had this feature it would safe a lot of time!

Fullscreen has a bulk annotation tool if that's what you are referring too, i'm a tad confused.. forgive me
