How to make an intro?

I've seen a lot of nice intros people have to their vidros and I was wondering how to make one?
I wanted to make one, that's gamer related 8-bit but I really don't know how haha.

Are there certain programs I need?
Just how? I'm hopeless LOL :F

I recommend checking flixpress. It is free! (can't do link because of spam sorry but can type it in google)

You can choose a video and put what text you want on it and it gives you that video with your written text which you then can download and use.

its not bad but its too templated.
nice channel should have theyr own think.
thats my idea of branding :)
 
this is how you make a free one

we also have this guy on the forum http://www.youtube.com/user/fxchannelhouse he makes them for cash. best thing to do is youtube about making video intro's or video intro making tutorial. hope this helps you out[DOUBLEPOST=1352404758,1352404704][/DOUBLEPOST]
