How to make a subscribe button??

Hey guys I was wondering how you make a subscribe button during your video, do you make it on your software editor or on youtube? If you know what i am on about and can help can you please comment

You create the actual look of the button on software like photoshop then make it linkable (so when people click the picture in the video it takes them to a link) on youtube using annotations.
