You can make your own really cool Thumbnails at a site called picmonkey. Just resize the pic to 1280x720 and add whatever you want to add and you're good to go

Making your own would be easier as people do charge per thumbnail as it does take some time to produce and render really good quality ones. Check out my channel to see if you like my thumbnails and message me, I might be able to do a few for free.

Also, don't post misleading pictures in your thumbnails because some people get really angry if you do that

yeah im pretty sure misleading thumbnails can get your videos taken down now not to mention the audience retention is going to be really low so the video wont survive very long anyways.
