How to increase RPM?

I've Got It
So YouTube monitization allows you to get money per a 1000 video views, however this amount is very low. Like 20 cents per 1000 views whilst I did some research and the majority of people said they got between 2 and 5 euro per 1000 views. How can my RPM be so low? Is it something with advertisement settings in AdSense?
 
Well the first and easiest way is to make content that certain people will watch, and when i say certain people i mean their location in the world. If they are located in the middle east the revenue will be very low, but certain european countries have much higher per 1000 than other countries. So try and make content and promote it to a vast range of different countries.

Thank you! This was indeed the problem because 60% of my viewers is from the middle east. However, I make gaming videos which are more likely to attract the USA and Europe. Thanks for your reply!
