How to improve built in mic quility

I Love YTtalk
I badly need a new mic but I can't afford for the time being. How do I improve sound for the time being while round up some pocket money to get one?

Use Audacity! Everything else is total rubbish in my opinion. Look at this video so you can get great voice quality on Audacity

It sounds like your speakers are on while you're recording. If so, definitely mute them (or plug in some headphones) to eliminate the feedback. Also, you can create a pop filter pretty cheaply out of panty hose. Lastly, I'll echo the Audacity recommendation, which allows you to clean up the audio.

Sadly software will only accomplish so much. I just checked out some of your videos and the quality will be tough to improve. I can't lie to you friend.

The only way to remedy the situation is to get a new mic when you gather the funds for it.

You really don't need a top of the line mic. TheSyndicateProject uses a £15-20 headset for his commentaries and it comes out with amazing quality! This is the mic he uses by the way http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/micro...rit&istBid=t&gclid=CJi2xO-OgbICFUVTfAodQTYA0w
