How to get views and subscribers

hey i started youtube 2 weeks ago and i upload good content but get noo views and yes i do know that people wont find me very easyly because i have no subs, but then how will i ever get noticed :( ?

If you started only 2 weeks ago then you're already doing better than me, Ive been at it for over a month and yet your video views are better than mine, so don't be so hard on yourself.

One thing you might want to take into account though is that pretty much everyone these days are doing exactly what you're doing, game commentary, so the likelihood of you getting noticed is 1 to a-s**t-ton.
 
Both of you needs to create more video content with good tags and description.

Let's use myself for an example in this case. I get like 100 views on average and that's because some of my videos still gets viewed in the related videos and such due to good tags and title. I promote some videos through reddit/9gag etc (the ones that I think are good). If they get downvoted, I don't care because they got viewed in the process. The most important thing to have when you're doing things on YouTube is to have a positive attitude and ensure that no haters will bring you down :)

Someone said in this forum "Build it and they'll come' or something like that :p

Err you kind of missed out the point I was making here. Well from my experience, you could include as many tags as you can (I use about maybe 6-10, sometimes more depending on the videos). They allow you to direct your videos to a specific audience that you want as your subscribers in the future.

Most important thing of all is that they have to be relevant to your videos.

start with telling all your home dogs at school! they will sub:)
