How to get the fastest export time on Premiere Pro CS6 - CC???

I've Got It
Hey everyone!

I usually try to output loads of videos a day but haven't really wanted to do it since the export times are kinda long. I'm currently on Adobe Premiere Pro CC. The usual length of my gaming videos are about 15 - 30 mins.

I just want to know how to set up Premiere so that it exports faster (720p - h.264).
Any help is appreciated! Thanks! :bounce:

Going to state the obvious here, faster computer?

beyond that have you enabled GPU rendering functions and set up the available ram etc?

Well you could try out some different codecs. Also, make sure you uncheck frame blending, and you can uncheck "export with max render quality". I have found that this max quality just means more time for the same picture. Lastly, make sure you close out any programs in the background. It can also help if you edit on an external hard drive via firewire/thunderbolt/usb 3.0 (pick the fastest one that your computer has). This will decrease export times significantly.

There isn't too much setting wise you can do. But if you go want your render to be faster you need to build a faster computer.

I think I have... Using the Mercury Engine (CUDA) and have set aside 12GB RAM for Adobe programs. Optimized rendering for memory.

Thanks for the help!

Alright! Will keep that in mind! Thanks man!

Processor: Intel i7 4770 @ 3.40GHz
Installed RAM: 16GB
Graphics/Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST

Personally I don't mind render times, I go for the best quality I can while keeping file size reasonable.

The absolute fastest render time would be uncompressed AVI, but that isn't suitable to upload to youtube and makes HUGE files.

Lol you are just about spot on with my machine and I am really impressed with my render times.

I have a Core i7-4770k @3.50GHz
16gb Ram
and GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB Graphics Card
And then I have two SSD's that I work off of. If you haven't gone SSD I'd recommend it. It'll speed up your workflow as a whole and since you are a gamer you'll be very happy xD

I've also worked from the ground up. I remember having to render for hours so I guess I can appreciate it more xD.

Probably the SSD's then xD. Saving up for some! :D This is probably me right now

Yeah! Same! Before I built my new rig I had to wait at least an hour for my shortest projects... :banghead: I can now say I'm happer with my faster speeds :D

And just a quick question. Is there a major difference between a 1-pass and a 2-pass? Thanks again!
