How to get started with uploading?

Hi guys,

I am in need of some assistance and I'm sure you guys are the right people. So I made a new Youtube channel so I could upload some soccer videos. Video's that I edited myself using existing footage. I uploaded my video but it got blocked worldwide by the UEFA, the Bundesliga and AVM Music or something like that. It was blocked because I used their footage and because I used a song from the above company. The question I have now is: why can other users upload their soccer footage with some mainstream music withouth any problems?? I checked their video descriptions and almost none of the users credit the owners of the footage or the artist.
I hope you guys can help me.

They found a way to work around that. I noticed they don't use 'high'profile music (not too popular music, because that could be blocked).

And most of the videos got automatically blocked by Youtube 'scanners' when uploading. But if one of the guys sees an existing video which should be blocked, they could manually block it afterwards.

First of all, crediting owners of the footage is not enough. Has your video been banned automatically or has someone reported it? You can try uploading it without original music, but I'm not sure if that's gonna work. These channels that you've seen might have rights to upload it? Probably not, but who knows.

That's where you're wrong my friend. They DO use popular music. Music from artists like Macklemore and Wiz Khalifa etc... I on the other hand use this song:
artist: Jean-Philippe-Rio-Py
song: Brave heart

Not really popular is it? Thanks

Why don't you go with non-copyright songs?

Again, they found a way to work around it. Examples: Speeding up/slowing down the music so it won't get caught by the Youtube filter. Using music versions which are less likely to be caught. Manipulation video material so it won't get caught by the Youtube filters.

But then again, it's against the TOS, so if one of these persons find your videos, it will be gone.

Because this particular song goes well with my video man. And because other people use popular songs without getting punished and I don't think that's fair.[DOUBLEPOST=1429905818,1429905706][/DOUBLEPOST]

I understand what you're saying but this is not the case for some people. I know a lot of video editors that use popular songs and have their videos up for months. I on the other hand got caught within 5 minutes. They didn't slow down or sped up the song.

How do you know they didn't? If they slow it by 1.02x speed, you can't hear the difference

True, but how do you explain their video footage then?? Why is it still not blocked and mine get blocked 10 minutes after the upload?
change color balance, cropping vids. Maybe even slowing or speeding up. Or use non-copyrighted material. They know how to work around these stuff.

And many already have their videos up before the Youtube upload-filters/scanners are in place.
