How to get rolling?

Im not new to youtube, ive been trying to get a channel going for years and made several attempts before deleting the channel. Ive always been scared to do it but its gotten to the point now where its what i want to do and ill stop at nothing to get somewhere with it.

So, how do i actually get the ball rolling and start getting noticed? How do i find new people that ive never heard of before clicking on my channel and subscribing.

Im not looking to get thousands of people overnight but id love to how to get maybe the first 100 subscribers and that way i can get the ball rolling an i have an audience to go off of.

Just something so i can get feedback and so i know that when i actually put a video out i know its not just going to drift out of existence.

There is already multiple threads asking the exact same thing i reccomend you search around this forum. :)

In addition i would recommend you look up 'i hate everything' he made a recent video explaining his youtube journey you might like it.
