One way to get more views on YouTube is to use so called end slates / end cards / fan cards. Mainly this means having pictures in picture of some other videos overlayed by annotations and accompanied by a nice background graphic as an outro. You can furthermore explain to the viewer why to subscribe, like and comment.
If you display the right videos, the viewer will watch one of those instead of switching to another channel via the related videos. It's really the first point to catch a viewer after the video played. That means a good choice of end slate videos is at least one additional view for you. I usually use my latest video of the same kind as the viewer already showed interest in that content and my latest video about a different topic to show that I have more to offer.
You are not limited to two videos but I think the maximum is to cover the screen with six of them. Otherwise they are too small to have their content identifiable. This prevents them from attracting anybody.
I have a tutorial video on how to create such outros. The software may not be the one you use but you should get the general principle which is the same for all kinds of software.
