Put your videos in places where people have the opportunity to click on them! Embed those vids all over the interwebz!!!

I'd suggest using the youtube key word tool, to find good, relevant tags for your videos. That helps them turn up in search results. The link is here: https://ads.youtube.com/keyword_tool

Also, try to interact with and maybe collab with other channels that are of the same genre and are about as popular as you. It's a great way to grow, mutually. Look into it!
