How to get bigger on YouTube

As you may know, right now if you were to start using YouTube, it would be VERY hard to get noticed, unless you made some very successful videos, that got some people's attention. But, that really doesn't happen much. So I've seen this so much now, even the bigger channels say this. It's easy, if you want to get bigger, you can't do it alone. So what I mean is, maybe partner with a different channel, if you both advertise each, it's a win for both. The only problem is if you're partner isn't big too. That's why they say use any tools you can to get your videos out there. Other than that, you just gotta be patient and just keep making videos. You gotta wait for the viewers to notice you, ya sure there are websites that you can buy Subscribers from, but they aren't real fans. Subscribers aren't that big if you're looking at getting a partnership, it's daily views. So just be sure you keep making your videos, post them on forums, tell your friends, Facebook, or any other good website. Remember, don't get so mad at the beginning if you aren't getting views, that happened to me but I just kept making videos, and I got a couple very successful videos up and got noticed more.

I use FB, Twitter, Google+, Tumblr, and Blogger. Used to throw them out on Myspace too, but that place is a ghost town. Forums and the such are great too.

Sites like 9gag for funny or weird videos. Reddit and Digg are good too.

There are quite a few ways to get yourself out there. Just have to utilize them. Nothing wrong with promotion.

...and a lot of patience. Just. Keep. Going.

My first video to get noticed and take off... was my broom standing up by itself in my kitchen. You never know when it'll happen... that and in some cases it could be some random broom video you post because everyone on FB was posting pictures of it... but if you keep at it and produce good stuff, you'll get there.
