Could do, make an outro with some way to subscribe. Just mention it somewhere

I think my sub watch only makes up for about 5% of views.
I dont mind - its the views that are important.
Although my dream is 100k subs.

If people are dropping off from your videos, then it could be for a few reasons.
For example, in my older vlogs people were dropping off because they were too long, there was too much rambling and they just got boring. In reply to this with my more recent vlogs, I have condensed the videos down to about 5 minutes and I keep the videos fast paced - to ensure plenty is happening and I show the best bits to them in a short time frame.
