how to force network to unlink my channel help me !

My channel partner with Creative nation
5 months ago not getting paid last 3 months
I own them allot of money but never mind I just want to leave
I can't unlink with normal YouTube button
They just accapet the unlink request from support email
BUT Support email not respond to all partners emails
I sent allot of emails
They have support chat
I talk with support and he told me my email is blocked on system he can't see my emails and he can't see my unlink request
I just want other ways to be unlinked
I just want them kick me out
I want plans to force them unlink me
If I got strike ?
Or eny way that garnted they will unlink me
Please share your thoughts it will be big help for me
 
They won't really care much if you get a strike since you are most likely part of their affiliate network and not managed and in that case, strikes don't hurt them as much (if at all?). So don't do that. Disabling monetization is doable, but they won't really care much about that either plus they can re-enable it on all your videos in just a few steps.

I'd recommend you continue to message them and annoy them, even consider reaching out to them through a different email address so they can't claim that one is blocked as well. Either way, I have high hopes that you will finally be unlinked and get paid what you are owed (unless there are copyright strikes or something else that came up and is the reason for payment delay).
 
They block my account
And delete my topics on forum
And delete 3 users that I create and block my email address on forum I can't do any thing oh my god this is big problem they are steal my money and even I want to go away they not allow me what can I do if you know someone can help me "lowyer"
Please give me email for someone can help me legal way
 
Up any way to force network unlink my chamnel if I delete my channel or hide all videos any thing can help me ?
