How to find someone to help me on a prank channel

Hello

My name is Ankur and i want to create a youtube prank channel. I have a couple ideas for some pranks and i want to get this going. I will be doing the pranking and i have 2 questions.

1. How do i find someone to help me by filming and editing the video? I dont know anyone personally that can help me but are there websites where i can find people?

2. If i find someone how should i split the profits? 50/50? 80/20? Salary?[DOUBLEPOST=1381488095,1381446594][/DOUBLEPOST]Bump I need some advice please
 
I know this doesn't really help a whole lot, but film yourself, like with a tripod, or find a friend of yours that wants to help. Finding people in your area can be difficult, unless you talk to friends.

Have you tried editing yourself? It's really not that hard.
And as for pay, its up to you, but personally, I feel like it depends on how much effort they put into helping you. Take the percentage of work towards the channel, and use that. So say all they do is record. You are the person we all see, you network, you edit and you prep everything yourself. With that, its 1 to 4, so 25% would be their earnings :p
