how to do a custom subscribe button on videos?

i know how to use annotations on my video so that people can click on them and subscribe, but i've seen many big youtubers use, instead of the normal subscribe 'box', an icon or symbol for example that people can click on to subscribe, and i was wondering if anyone knew how to do this??

Good question, I was wondering the same thing. An example of this is if you look at say Jacksgap they have a cartoon icon in their videos you can click on to subscribe to their channel.

It think what you're referring to is a "watermark"

go to video manager> invideo programming and then you can upload one and choose its timing and what not
