How to deal with negativity

I get dislikes from my subscribers, literally from my subscribers . It's funny, but trolls are everywhere and take it as a challenge and be better not for them, of course. But for yourself and your channel.
 
If you are getting around 100 new subscribers a week you must be doing something right. That's great growth for a channel of your size!
A dislike is a very passive act, it really means nothing at all except that somebody has watched your video and reacted to it.
An UNSUBSCRIBE on the other hand is a different story. If you start to LOSE 100 subs per week rather than gain them....then you have something to worry about!
 
You CAN´T avoid haters:) Look at it the positive way cause at least you get some action on your videos (lots of new Youtuber don´t get any at all) Of course you would like it to be positive but in your case i wouldnt worry about it at all (didlikes coming from one place) If you get about 100 subs a week you are doing awesome:up2: so just focus on that instead:)
