How to create a universal "Channel Art" banner?

Hey everyone, hope your all doing great.

I'm fairly new to Youtube and just created my Youtube account about 2 weeks ago and uploaded my first short film on there. I'm trying to create a good Channel Art that would be universal for all devices (laptops, mobile, tablet, etc etc.,) and I'm having a hard time doing so on my laptop the banner will look fine. On my friend's laptop the banner will look stretched, on mobile devices it will look too small, cut off, or stretched, and on tablets it's way over stretched.

Is there a way that I can create a Channel Art banner that would fit on all devices respectively?

(This may sound like a stupid question and I'm sorry in advance if it is...again, I'm still fairly new to Youtube and I want to learn)
 
Hi a fellow youtuber and artist posted a video and shared a download link to a photoshop file that can be used as a template.

His name is Evan Eckard, if you search him on YouTube you should be able to find his channel.
