How to connect external mic with ipad?

So hey yesterday i made a thread on a cheap budget mic my two i picked were:
Trust Starzz Mic and SpeedLink Clip-on mic

But i was wondering how i can connect them? i heard you need a splitter but after looking online iv heard some splitters dont work? so if anyone does use an external mic with there idevice please help me out

You can use the iPad Camera Connection Kit which allows external USB Devices such as Microphones to be connected to the iPad.

Ahh cool thanks for the suggestion. I dont think my current microphones are usb but i can always look up a usb mic. And i dont really want to splash out the cash so i do hope it will work with a knock off one thats like £5

you could get a jack converter to USB maybe, they're not really expensive so it could be pretty good once set up
