How to come up with a good channel name?

I Love YTtalk
So I want to make a new channel for PC gaming and I've been thinking of names to use for 2 months and when I finally tried to make the channel, every damn name was taken (I thought they were pretty original names too :( ). I really don't want to use numbers in the name, how do you guys come up with names? I'm out of ideas.

For gaming channels, do you think it is too generic to have the words "games/gamer/gaming" in them. Having "Games" next to the name makes it sound like a game company..

Something catchy and easy to remember, but original, and gaming oriented. Channel name is very important. And, yes, I think its a little too generic for words "Game", "gaming" etc.
What kind of games would you do?

I, as you can see, called mine GafferGames, and there was a way I came up with it, hopefully it can help :)
1) I decided what I was doing on my channel (Gaming) and chose some words relating, like the ones you mentioned, gamer, gaming, games etc
2) I chose something relating to my self, to identify with me, which were Adam and Gaffers.
3) I then manipulated these until I found a name that rolled off my tongue, and just seemed to be able to say naturally, which led me to GafferGames.

That's the way I did it, have a go at it :)[DOUBLEPOST=1365028626,1365028534][/DOUBLEPOST]Also, I can understand why people might think games and gaming and such are too generic, but the way I see it, I want people to know what my channel is about from the name, not just one video :)

Thats okay, but I think theres alot of words that can describe gaming channel other than gaming related words. When I made my channel, I was searching for some catchy new word, and there was - PROLZ, this is one inside joke for me and my friend, the word isnt in any dictionary and I find it kinda funny, like something new that would be easy to remember. There was also an Outsider Prolz, Prol Artist etc.
Also, one good exercise, cut the paper into two parts, on one part you should write 10 adjectives that can describe you or your channel, and on the other part are nouns that you find cool. And then mix them up, see what you're getting! Its a fun way and it could be really helpful.
