How to change your banner?

Loving YTtalk
Youtube won't let me change my banner.

I go to "Edit channel art" and then it reloads the page and nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Put this into your url bar
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData

Sometimes when websites do this it means your cache is full or something. Usually clearing your cache solves the problem. It just deletes temporary files that your browser makes when you visit websites. It's best to clear your cache every once in a while. It sometimes speeds up your speed as well. I clear mine probably once every couple weeks.

Yeah clear the cache or wait a few moments cause sometimes it doesn't load up right away.
