How to cancel YouTube partnership?

Hey, I wanted to test YouTube Partnership program and i accidentally applied with my main channel.. Any idea on how i can terminate it?
 
Just turning it on doesn't have any negative effects on your channel, it just activates ads to run on your channel. If you want to turn it off (and prevent any ads from running), head over to your advanced settings page and uncheck the "Allow ads to display on my videos" box.

NOTE: if/when you join an MCN, make sure you come back and recheck this box to prevent any issues down the road.
